The purpose of this manual is to outline the processes by which the Office of Housing manages public housing tenancy related matters.
In this manual the procedures should be read in association with the policy, and where appropriate, referral should be made to other Office of Housing manuals and documents to ensure the intent of the policy is achieved when administering procedures.
