1.1 Reletting Standards

The Reletting Standards provide the policy framework for Office of Housing vacant maintenance activities. Vacant properties intended to be relet should be efficiently returned to a lettable standard in order to maximise the ongoing availability of properties for public and community rental.

These Reletting Standards have been developed to reflect Office of Housing and legal requirements as well as recognising current industry practice.
