Currently our key projects include:

Carlton Housing redevelopment
The Carlton Housing Redevelopment will be the largest social and private housing development undertaken by the Victorian Government.

Kensington redevelopment
The Kensington redevelopment will transform what was a run-down, 35-year-old housing estate into a reinvigorated living environment for all residents in the area.

Living Places - Jesson Crescent
The new development at Jesson Crescent will replace six homes with 15 dwellings in one and two-storey buildings.

Norlane Regeneration Project
Regeneration of housing in the Norlane area will consist of the construction of 200 new homes and upgrade works to a further 100 homes.

Roberts Street, Northcote
The Roberts Street redevelopment will improve the standard of housing and amenities, improve security, provide disabled access, incorporate elements of environmentally-sustainable design and add to the local neighbourhood character.

Tower Turnaround – Gordon Street Footscray
The redevelopment of Gordon Street Footscray involves reinvigorating the image and amenity of this 12 storey tower block through the construction of bay window pods across the façade, improved landscaping, art pergola features and improved access arrangements.

Valley Park, Westmeadows
The Mews, now know as Valley Park, estate at Westmeadows will be a low rise medium density development compatible with the current suburban area and will be environmentally designed.
