Appealing a decision
Housing Appeals
Has the Office of Housing (OoH) recently refused your application for a Special Housing Needs allocation, rental housing, assistance to meet bond costs, or any other type of rental housing assistance we provide? You should appeal as soon as possible after receiving a decision you think is incorrect through the Housing Appeals process.
Recurring Homelessness Appeals
Has your service or agency decided not to assess your application for priority access to public housing? or decided not to refer it to the Department of Human Services Regional Panel? If you think the decision is incorrect, you can appeal through the Recurring Homelessness Appeals process
Home Finance Appeals
Request a review of a decision made regarding your government funded home loan, Group Self Build program, mortgage relief assistance or a home renovation loan through the Home Finance Appeals process.
