Making a complaint
Anyone wishing to provide feedback or to make a complaint, comment or suggestion is encouraged to contact the Team Leader at their local housing office or their Housing Services Officer.
If your complaint cannot be resolved by your local housing office you should contact the general complaints line on 1800 155 743.
